I have arranged a Darts and Dominoes match between Blackpool and Pontesbury Darts and Domino Leagues on Friday 7th May 2004.

It's very early days so I have not got any firm details as yet. But this is the Broad idea

Timetable Approx.

Fri 30^th noon            Bus will leave for Blackpool

Fri 30^th PM              Book into B&B

Fri 30^th Evening        Play Match about 8.00

Sat 31^st Late PM      Travel Back to Pontesbury/Shrewsbury

The format of the match has not been arranged but the Blackpool League plays:-

Darts - 501 6 Singles and 3 Doubles

Dominoes - 6 Singles and 3 Doubles

COST

I have had a quote for a bus 33 seater £22.00 per person (That’s if the bus is full.).

You may want to make your own way there.

B&B’s are usually between £18 - £25 per night.

So approximately £40.00.

There is approximately 20 weeks before the match so if you start a weekly collection of £2.00 a week. All you’ll need then is spending money.
